This itinerary takes you along the full length of Corfu's stunning northeast coast, from Kassiopi in the north down to the picture-postcard harbour of Kouloura. It's a day of beautiful beaches, charming villages, and outstanding food — the very best of this corner of the island.
9:00 AM
Kassiopi Harbour
Begin with a coffee at one of the harbour cafés and a quick walk up to Kassiopi Castle for morning views across the strait to Albania. The light is at its best in the early morning.
10:00 AM
Avlaki Beach
Drive the short distance to Avlaki for a mid-morning swim. The water is at its clearest and calmest in the morning. Grab a sunbed and enjoy an hour or so on the villa's home beach.

11:30 AM
Agios Stephanos
Continue south to the charming harbour village of Agios Stephanos. Browse the small shops along the waterfront and look out for the boats offering trips to the Albanian town of Saranda — it's a fascinating day trip for another occasion.
12:30 PM
Agni Bay
Drive (or take the water taxi from Agios Stephanos) to Agni Bay for lunch. This is one of the coast's finest dining spots. Choose from Toula's, Nikolas, or Agni taverna — all serve exceptional fresh seafood right on the water's edge.

Tip
Toula's is our favourite for fish, but arrive by 12:30 to be sure of a table.
2:30 PM
Kerasia Beach
After a long lunch, drive to Kerasia for the afternoon. This spectacular beach, backed by cypress-covered hills, is often called the most beautiful in Corfu. The water is an extraordinary shade of turquoise. Sunbeds are available, and there's a small beach bar.

4:30 PM
Kouloura
On your way back, stop at the tiny horseshoe harbour of Kouloura. One of the most photographed spots in Corfu, this miniature bay with its single taverna is picture-postcard perfect. It's a lovely spot for a late-afternoon drink.
This itinerary gives you a taste of everything the northeast coast has to offer. You could easily spend a full week exploring just this stretch of coastline — and many guests do exactly that. Return to your favourite spots and you'll feel like a local by the end of the week.
